Join Women’s Environmental Network for the centerpiece of our “May is for Making Moves!” theme—“Making Moves: An Evening with Enviro Recruiters” on Wednesday, May 29^th from 6-9pm at San Francisco Department of the Environment (1455 Market Street, San Francisco). Please note: Doors open at 5:45 and the event will start promptly at 6:00, so please plan accordingly.

Meet recruiters from various sectors of the big environmental and sustainability space—government, nonprofit, recruitment firm, and corporate—who will share tips and insights on how best to catch the eye of key decision makers on the path to landing the position that’s perfect for you.

You’ll also have the opportunity to gather in small groups with each recruiter, to make a personal connection and ask questions specific to their area of expertise. Finally, you’ll have time to network freely among all attendees towards the conclusion of the evening.

What’s the cancellation policy?
WEN runs a lean nonprofit and unfortunately cannot accept refund requests. In the event that WEN has to cancel a program you will receive a full refund.  Thank you for supporting WEN.

Does WEN take photographs at its events?
WEN occasionally uses photography at events for WEN’s website, newsletter and social media. Please inform a WEN board member if you have any concerns.

Are men welcome to attend WEN events?
Sometimes. Most WEN events are open to all people who identify as women. For some events, we welcome folks who identify as men. In those cases, we will make a clear statement in the invitation. In absence of such a statement, as for this event, the event is a space only for those who identify as women.
