Join the Women’s Environmental Network (WEN) for networking and a conversation with Betsy Rosenberg, an award-winning national broadcast journalist and environmental media expert.

Betsy Rosenberg is a keen observer of how mainstream news outlets cover climate change and other ecological issues. She has dedicated her career to being a communications conduit between eco-innovators and the general public. With 20 years of radio news experience as a popular talk show host, Betsy has earned distinction as a world class, solutions-oriented visionary.

Environmental communicators and leaders will gain insights, inspiration and ideas from our esteemed speaker. Takeaways:

• Gain insights on how we can make media coverage of environmental issues more mainstream.

FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The closest BART station to San Francisco Department of the Environment is Civic Center, a 10-minute walk. Muliple MUNI lines also serve this area, which is in between Civic Center and Van Ness on Market Street.

What’s the refund policy?

Cancellation Policy: Thank you for supporting WEN. Unfortunately, WEN runs a lean nonprofit and cannot accept refund requests. In the event that WEN has to cancel a program you will receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
