Join us for WENtorship, a mentorship program composed of seven unique discussions and group work to grow our careers and networks. Throughout the series we’ll focus on building community, as well as our personal capacity, by considering a variety of themes: how to focus a job search, leading from our values, being actively anti-racist in the workplace, working from our personal story, and how to bring this work home.

On workshop days, we will be doing the nitty-gritty work of revising our resumes and optimizing LinkedIn profiles to reflect our professional growth. We will be engaging a combination of speakers, short films, activities, and breakout sessions to make this program sing! We will be participating in a peer-to-peer circle of self-identified womxn supporting each other in becoming our most fulfilled professional selves. November 18th – Leadership: Bias in the workplace and being an active ally against it

December 2nd – Tell your Story: How to interview at the highest levels, networking and interviewing

December 9th – Happy Hour Discussion — now that we’ve gained some know-how about interviewing skills, let’s practice some interview questions!

December 16th – Bringing it Home: Making a difference in your community — taking our newfound skills and carrying them forward

The series works standalone or in tandem. Purchasing the full program gives you over 50% in savings over the drop-in rate.

Can’t make the entire program? Access to individual workshop sessions on October 28th, November 4th, November 18th, December 2nd, December 16th will be available via drop-in tickets. The cost will be $20 per session.

Happy Hour Discussions (November 11th and December 9th) will be available via a $5 drop-in fee.
